I can't seem to find the Tsikot.com rules and regulations page. I think it should be a sticky and prominently displayed across the top of every page, don't you think?

Tsikot has a rules and regulations page. Thing is most of us members never bother to visit it and read through what's writen on the page. This is why we keep getting the sorry-newbie-here-i-didn't-know mistakes, threads, posts and what-have-you's because us members seldom care to take a peek of what that page contains.
