How to post a new thread

I have fulfilled the required amount of replies and still am not allowed to make a new thread to answer many of the questions that I need answered. Can any of the administration on this forum assist me at all? Or should I assume that this forum is dead and find a new forum that can help me?

Dude, the fact that you were able to make this thread means that you can already make new threads. No need for the snarky attitude.

But yes, you can just go find a new forum if you want. Not our loss.

I think he wants to start a new thread under "Auto Design and Research". Out of curiosity, I tried making one under that category and I can't make one. I think I'm missing something or I really can't start a thread under that category.

I can't even find the feature where you can add a new thread. I've responded to several threads already. How do I know when I have permission to create a thread?

yeah, that +Post New Thread orange button at the bottom left is missing.
