guangzhou(gz) is an old city, oldest probobly in guangdong. so maraming pasyalan ng lumang templo, parks, at gardens. if i were you, go to the see "residential" estates projects such as star river, agile, etc....ask ur local tour guide. mas mageenjoy ka sa mga to kasi high end talaga sila, parang wala ka sa china at pag nakita mo mga 'model houses nila', siguradong mangangarap ka sa ganda. medyo boring kasi dyan, IMO. kasi matraffic, congested at maraming pickpockets lalo sa train station.

sana mapagawi ka ng shenzhen, dito lang kami..about 2 hours drive south. dito rin si tsikoteer jdm parakito.

hirap lang kasi sa china... although mura nga.. but once it's out in the market ng china... madali nang makopya at kumalat... therefore presyo na agad ang labanan...

hmmm, wala ba tayong tsikoteer from guangzhou/guangdon/canton? or yung nakapunta na dun?

Boybi, I work in Guangzhou pero nasa outskirt na ng Guangzhou. I hate going to the city center kasi matrapik talaga at tsaka hindi ko kabisado ang mga roads. So far ang alam ko lang na puntahan sa Guangzhou is yung China Hotel. Got lost na rin several times driving sa city center kasi daming crisscrossing na flyovers at daming road network tapos mga road names very few are written with English characters. Since night time ka lang makapasyal, shopping malls lang cguro ang puede mong mapasyalan including na din yung mga massage parlors and karaoke bars .

Sorry I am not familiar with that Hotel. Give me the Chinese name of the hotel and I will verify with my friends here.

OK naman mga taxis dito. They charge by the meter. Maybe we can meet up during your stay here and will drive you around. Not in the city center but in another satellite city that is less traffic.
