Wag ninyo kukunin yon wedding planner by the name of Jennifer Lopez, baka hindi matuloy ang wedding.

Seriously, my ex-girlfriend and I got married at Malate Church in 1991 and held our reception at Aristocrat restaurant which is a few steps from the church. After the reception (don't ask me what happen next), checkin sa biglang liko (na naman!) and the next day off to Hidden Valley Springs. Total spent for the wedding and honeymoon was 60,000.00. We return to Manila after 3 days (lang?!?) and settle in our townhouse after paying it in full.

So now I don't have to worry about amortization and my wife still remembers that day coz we play that beta, este vcd copy of our wedding day.

afrasay, me continental este sentimental value din sa ken ang lugar na yan... lalo na yung Silahis Hotel na katabi. I think you actually gave the best advice here... Sobrang garbo nga ng kasal mo, lubog ka naman sa utang, o kaya ubos naman pera nyo... marriage is supposed to be forward thinking...

but if you have the money to burn (mayaman si papa, hostess si mama), then go for it!

If I have to decide, it would a 100 ppl max. sana naman hindi buong baranggay tropa ng magiging misis ko

kahit na konti tao pero basta gusto ko masarap ang chibog...quality of food and entertainment at its best. Simple lang para may pambili ng bahay. swerte mapapangaswa ni Cale, may bahay na! 8O

More than half ng wedding reception that I've attended is at Shangri-La Edsa and sa chinese lauriat ang cheapest price for a table is 13 thousand na yata. 4 yrs ago when I got married cheapest is 9 thousand pero plus 22.5% tax pa.
Sa pagkakaalam ko Kasama na flowers, and decors, ice carving, doves, string quartet, limousine service(2 hrs yta) kahit cheapest ang kinuhang package sa food.

Ang pinaka ok dito is if your total bill exceeds 500 thousand for the reception you are entitled to 2 nights stay at Islands Shangrila Hong Kong, one of the best hotels there. During our stay we asked the front desk their rate, 19,000++ one night. Ngayon sigurado more than 20 na. May kasama pang bottle of champagne yan.
If 300 thousand above naman ang package sa Shangri-la's Mactan Island Resort Cebu naman ang free stay.
