What my aunt did when she was selling her property in the philippines was had a licensed real estate agent do the selling, and went to p.i. only when there already was a sure buyer.

As for studies, di ba pwede dyan sa US?

I am an only child and my whole family is in the US so I cannot rely on anyone else to do this. I will also study for skills that are in demand in the US. Most important, I need to make arrangements to ensure that my second Mom who took care of me since I was a baby will be okay when I am away. She is single and has no contact with her family anymore and I am her only family.

How do I make that condense and convincing?
    you're doing fine.
now go write it down and send it.
"the best ammo is the truth."

then pray that the immigration person who reads it is also an only child.

Is my reason is not valid enough for a person with siblings?

Now I'm thinking if I should just go back before 6 mos but it's too tiring and don't know who will pay for it or risk it and come back after 8 mos

I'm not sure kasi kung aabot ako sa biometrics appointment

who needs you to go back home?
you, or those whom you think need you?
for all you know, they are quite comfortable enough where they are, with or without you.

I am not happy here but I want a US passport. Initially my Mom was the one pushing me to leave but now she is asking me to go home. Sometimes I feel like crying here because I have to do everything myself. I also don't have freedom because I am not allowed to walk or drive alone.
