i plan to apply for a US VISA ok naman na lahat pero parang hesitant akong tumuloy dahil sa tax ko... i am a single mom, exempted ako sa tax.. pero kasi hindi namin dineclare lahat ng earnings ko monthly. may incentive akong nakukuha pero non-taxable sya. makaka apekto ba yun sa embassy if asked bakit hindi ko dineclare and ano po sana ang magandang isasagot if tinanong. or ideclare na lang lahat ng nagiging earnings ko? thank you.

Just be consistent with the documents that you have and will present to the US Embassy.

If possible, get a Certificate of Employment stating your annual salary and other benefits. When I applied for US Visa in 2009,- this is the only document that I presented. Not sure about new applicants, as mine was just a renewal of a 10-year multiple entry Visa. So, it could be a different requirement for you. The Consul just asked me what was my monthly salary to check if it was consistent with what was written in the Certificate of Employment.
