Based from my questions to kuya grab last xmas period. Di daw sa kulang ang tnvs, pero majority daw talaga is hindi na nag papasada pag peak hours. Since capped na daw yung surge, and break even lang ang nangyayari. Lugi pa sila sa stress.

Ang majority ng driver incentives ay number of trip based. Dun nalang daw talaga sila kumikita. So pag peak hours unless naghahabol parin sila ng trip count, magpapahinga muna sila.

the taxi guys say that over half of their units nowadays, are gathering dust in the garahe. there is a shortage of taxi drivers daw.

Paano ang laki ng binibigay ng cab driver sa operator. Imagine 1.5k sa vios and 1.8k sa accent, matitira sa kanila magkano nalang. Yan daw dahilan kung bakit mahilig mangontrata mga cab drivers sa atin. Yun mga malalaki company yan ha. Sa mga small time operators, mas patas daw laban sabi ng mga nasasakyan ko noon (everyday rider ako from 2007-2014).
