Just came back from Baguio, drove my Honda City Type Z GL ( manual ), filled up the gas tank full, drove for about 6 and a half hours using NLEX - SCTEX - Marcos-Hi Way. My fuel is 3 lines over the half line when I reached there.
There is a coding scheme enforced in Baguio City (along the entrance to the City proper ) there are signs that will guide you although some parts of the city are coding free.

This might already be late by now pero suspended ang number coding until January 7, 2011. For those who are coming up to Baguio this Christmas, wala po kayong aalalahanin pagdating sa coding.
This was in effect since 2nd week ng November pa (was supposed to end Dec 11, 2010 pero na extend until Jan 7 '11).
