Given na kasi yun eh.

Mas mura na, makaka experience ka pa ng how it is to live as a local.

Ako I eat my meals mostly from mom and pop stands I see along the way. Cheaper than named restos but you get to taste the local cuisine at a much cheaper price.

Wala naman po akong regret in the way I handle my vacations.

Kami, advance mag plan ng vacation... then abang na for promo fares... Minsan 6 months advance yung tickets namin. - so right now, booked na mid year trip... end year and early 2019 trip is up for debate pa.

Although for flights na more than 7 hours, iwas na kami sa Budget Air/PAL (own device kasi inflight entertainment ng PAL, myPAL)

As for the "pagtitipid" iba iba naman kasi reason natin for travel.
Wife and daughter ko shopping - kaya halos credit card lang bitbit
Sis in Law ko Theme Parks - palaging nasa itenerary nya yun

As for McDo...

well, we havnt joined any tour group, since 2002, one of my most memorable was experience was our 1st time in seoul....hop on hop off bus only, i made the mistake of taking the taxi to namsan tower, pag dating sa base of the mountain, bawal ang taxi..we hiked up the mountain snowing..me, my wife and my 6 year old...my daugther had no problems, frozen was the rage back then, my wife and i was extremely happy with that experience, like all couples we were having marital problems back then...when we got to the tower, we bought those padlocks and renewed our vows..that experience saved my marriage....btw..round trip was 3k only...kasi kaka crash lang ng air asia nun...prices was dirt cheap..

i like getting lost and figuring out subway routes...last trip ko was a cozy room for 4 near a dumpling factory in taipei, i used to sneak out every night at 11pm tapos bili ako ng xiao long bao, mga 4 orders or 24 dumplings and noodle soup, they gave me free ice tea everytime i ate there..parang ngayon lang sila nakakita ganun kumain
