North Luzon Road Conditions?

Thanks uli... Siguro with some of the road conditions as described, hinde na yung maliit na kotse ang dadalhin ko...For this trip, sa araw na talaga ang biyahe.

It's best on daytime. You can enjoy the views and avoid surprises along the way. And, if you're going to stop over to eat, do it at the Sta. Fe, NE. There's a resto there named Mrs. Gaddi. It's beside the Total Gas Station. Nasarapan kami sa food nila at mura pa. Or, the one in San Jose, NE (I forgot the name of the resto) - located on the left side going north.

Again, enjoy your trip. Just be extra careful.
