kaya nga kumuha na kami ng property sa cavite na nagstart na nga sila magtaas ng prices ngayon taon hangan Niog 1, Bacoor daw yun last station...

maraming magbebenifit sa MRT 7 lalong darami nanaman ang subdivision sa bulacan nyan...ang maganda pa nyan magkakaroon din daw ng business district ang SJDM, bulacan nasa youtube ang video nun plan

Turn right at Commonwealth Avenue.
Take the U-turn to Commonwealth Avenue eastbound (Fairview direction) in front of Microtel.
Turn right at Katipunan Avenue.

For motorists going to Tandang Sora Avenue from Katipunan Avenue:
Turn right at Commonwealth Avenue.
Take the U-turn to Commonwealth Avenue westbound (QC Circle direction) in front of CW Home Depot.
Turn right at Tandang Sora Avenue.

Araw araw ako dumadaan dyan. Actually, mabuti nga tangglin na nila yang tandang sora flyover. Laking sagabal. Chokepoint lang ang construction sa shell tandang sora kasi may malaking harang don.

Yesterday was pretty bad. Luzon flyover is puno (going nlex) sa yung mga truck pilit lumiliko sa ilalim para tumagos ng commonwealth. Muntik pa ako gitgitin ng truck dahil sa pagpipilit. If it is a preview of what's to come, then goodluck to everyone.

But still, the tandang sora flyover should have been demolished years ago.
