most people who do not have access or benefits shopping in the army-airforce exhange or the navy exchange usually shop online on ebay or direct suppliers and usually gets to them in about a week. otherwise, electronics are inexpensive at the bx or nex which usually have a sale almost every month. the island is pretty much settled by the military both islander residents and transients. shopping at these facilities are tax free and have a price guarantee; that is, if you can find lower prices on the products they sell, the bx or nex will pay the difference in price. now, that is inexpensive ( not cheap)

yes there is the micronesia mall (lucio mall), guam premium outlet, k-mart and other inexpensive stores. in the tourist area of tumon there is what they said the biggest louis vuitton building in asia together with other upper-mid priced outlets. on weekends there are flea markets(poor man's open air mall). depending on your mood and wallet, there is a wide range of shopping. even little shoe mart is here in the agana shopping center. with the u.s. marines relocating from okinawa to guam, there are more value stores expected to enter the marketLast edited by jick.cejoco; March 7th, 2010 at 04:37 PM.
