    Fire razes QC mansion

FIRE razed a mansion in a high-end Quezon City subdivision on Thursday night.
Responding firemen speculated that faulty electrical wiring on Christmas lights inside the house could have caused the blaze. An official investigation of the two-hour fire was still ongoing.
The blaze at # 10 Manansala St., Corinthian Gardens Subdivision started at 9:49 pm Thursday and reached a second alarm at 10:01 pm, according to SFO1 Jaime Biscocho of the Bureau of Fire Protection.
The fire was declared out at around 12:33 a.m. Friday morning, Biscocho said.
Nobody was apparently inside the mansion when it caught fire, Biscocho added.
However, a report aired over GMA-7’s Saksi newscast the same night said three occupants of the burned house—a mother and her two children—were missing.
Arson investigators have yet to determine the estimated cost of the damage, Biscocho added. With reports from GMA-7
