At dahil wala akong magawa, I will dissect the question:

DO you belive that the Great Wall of China is visible from the moon?
Dictionary.com def'n of visible: possible to see; perceptible to the eye
Dictionary.com defn't of believe: To accept as true or real

Yes, I accept as true that it is possible to see the Great Wall of China from the moon, with an exceedingly powerful telescope and the right atmospheric and geographic conditions to allow it to be distinguishable.

    Hehehe.

Snopes.com and NASA.gov proved that it cannot be seen by our naked eye.

Great Barrier Reef can be seen from outer space with human naked eye

Googled and found a normal eye can see 0.00349 inch wide at 12 inches viewing distance. Using the mean distance to moon at 384,400 km, an object would have to be 111.8 km wide for it to be visible from the moon. Even if the length of the wall is some 5000km, it is too thin for vision. This is aggravated by the fact that there is very low contrast between the wall color and its surroundings.
