13th month lang ang required, bonus is depende sa boss mo kung galante

profit sharing depends on the agreement between the employee(s) and the employer, if it is stated in their CBA (if there's one).
13th month pay is mandated by law, while bonus is, well, a bonus given by the boss if he feels like santa claus during the christmas season ;)

tama si sir boybi ..
depende sa company nyo iyon kung nasa Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) nyo
ito iyon kinita ng company na dapat share sa empleyado ,
dpende ulit kung ilan percent ang agreement nyo sa CBA
ang dapat i share sa employees
paki correct na lang kung may mali

wala akong 13th month pay kaya sa wife ko na lang ang isusulat ko
mapupunta sa:
-insurance
-balanse ng uPVC windows ng bahay
-baterya ng mazda3
-door jamb ng bahay
-dental ng anak
-13th month pay ng maid at yaya

for the 13th month pay, 50% goes to our savings. the remaining pambili ng round trip plane ticket namin ng wife ko (mla-bcd-mla) and gifts for our family (parents, bros & sis).

Kung may trabaho ako ngayon:
- first installement for 3rd term sa CSB
- Citibank Visa
- Metrobank Visa
- Globe Handyphone (x3)
- Pambili ng regalo sa family ko, kay Sarah and sa family nya
- pang-yosi
... sarap mangarap! hehehe! Hopefully magka-work na ule ako by next month. Bayaran na naman ng tuition sa CSB eh.
as an aside, in the olden days, anyone who does not move 'ala luksa during Holy Week, especially...
