    ordinary sight na sa akin yung aircraft refuelling while passengers are on board especially during stop overs.
    am not sure if this is against CAAP regulation, quite high time to revisit I guess if it's the case.

    I guess it is in the CAAP regulation. Kasama kasi un sa violations ng Zest Air. Anyway, they need to re-study their regulations if ever nangyayari yan during stop over or connecting flights.

    Di ba minsan may technical stop ang PAL sa Honolulu or Guam to refuel? Pinapababa ba mga pasahero?

    ^kaya baba lahat is para makapag unwind ng konti ung passengers and regulations. If the airline will choose and kung sila masusunod, mas gusto nila refuel then go. para mabilis.

    Rode yesterday on a 5j. Sabi sa intercom after boarding: "we are in final process of refueling..."

    Faster turnaround, less time on the tarmac, maximize the use of the plane. So what's the rule on refueling?

    Baka pag nabasa ito ng petroleum companies, pati refueling ng tsikots, ipapababa ng mga gas boy ang lahat ng nakasakay. :D

    Kung sa car nga dapat off makina, sa plane pa kaya na mas flammable ang fuel! Dapat talaga iwasan magrefuel na marami tao as much as possible imho
