Patar lang talaga target namin next long weekend, dun kami beach hop then sa Rock Garden (in Brgy Arnedo) to spend the night....
Caving is a sure alternative than trekking to the waterfalls.

Went there last weekend, got out of Manila on Fri at 1AM and was able to arrive in Boli at around 5AM.
Day 1
Diretso muna kami sa Patar in La Taverna to meet other friends who was there the night before. Did some bfast and a little dip sa beach, sand was kinda white but the beach on this part is not that swim-able coz masyadong mababaw and also rocky. Stayed there til lunch time, and went back Brgy Arnedo to check in at Rock Garden. The place was generally okay and amenities of 2 pools is another reason for us to consider this place. Unpacked our luggages here and off we went to Enchanted Cave. Medyo weird yung place if di ka sanay sa mga enclosed space, the water is cool though di safe for children coz malalim talaga sya though merong ropes around. Stayed here til late afternoon. Next we went to Patar Lighthouse, nothing special here though the view of Cape Bolinao from this site is really awesome. Went back to the Resort for the start of our Nightlife...hehe karaoke abounds in this part of town...
Day 2
Early morning we went to PAtar again, and enjoyed the clean and white sandy beaches of White BEach, its the next beach resort after Treasures of Bolinao. Went swimming here all days long taking advantage of the clear waters.
Day 3
Went to Alaminos for the Hundred Island Tour...some snorkel, swimming and island hopping.
Grabe kapagod pero all worth it.
Notes for Bolinao:
From the main highway, turning left before reaching town proper, eto yung sequence of barangays that you need to pass....Arnedo-Balingasay-Ilog Malino-Germinal-Iloy-Maliw-Patar. Also note that this road is characterized by mixture of rough and paved roads although at the time we went there, most of the road is under pavement construction. And also, medyo may kakiputan yung width ng paved roads, may nakasalubong ako dalawang Grandia, hehe needed to full stop eh...!
Tip:
The farther you go you'll surely find the best beaches.

Hindi pala pwede dun, cash only lahat.

Yun nga bad trip eh, buhay probinsya talaga hehe!
Nung gabi kasi coming from Patar, pagbalik namin Rock Garden ay brownout, may busted fuse daw, so what we did para di mainip mga kids is pumunta kami sa bayan expecting kahit papano may jolibee or resto na pwede kainan, hehe to our dismay wala...we even run out of ice, hanap sa bayan sarado na lahat...kaya we ended up drinking formerly-ice-cold beers...
Kala ko nga maaakyat namin yung lighthouse eh, errrr di pala.
Pero whatever problems encountered dun, okay naman coz nag-enjoy lahat ng kasama ko, hinihiritan pa nga ako balik daw uli kami before the summer ends. Was with my family and former ofcmates, sort of teambldg kami dun kahit na kanya-kanya na kami ng landas hehe!
Kulang talaga 3 days dun...

No generator kaya mahirap.

* M2:
Actually, hanggang 10pm yung resto at pool nila (no overnight swimming though). We just tried our luck and get to feel the town by night sana.
Brownout was caused by a tripped CB or something like a busted fuse...pero it was okay na when we get back sa RG.
