Isa sa maganda but expensive ay sa Azure sa Anilao. Operated and maintained by Vivere Hotel. Maganda yung resort at Class A accomodation.

I'd say sa Lobo, Batangas, specifically Brgy Fabrica. Same sand characteristics as Laiya shoreline pero mas mura. Try Google-ing it.

Maraming cottages for rent dun, a/c or non a/c.

Here's a short blog about Lobo, Batangas.

No offense but I didn't like Lobo when we went there (around 5 years ago). Can't recall what Barangay we went to though.

It's a lot farther than Laiya, I think it was like at least 4 hours of travel, there's a long stretch of rocky roads, when you finally reach the beach, it's rocky and not impressive at all. Yung sand makapal (yung parang puro shells and corals). Di pa siya gano developed. Yung "resort" kung san kami nagstay kubong kubo lang at hindi worth nung price. The only thing I appreciated on that place is the rows of tall pineapple trees before reaching the beach.

Anyway, the stretch of Laiya is still probably the best it could get in the Batangas area. Can't comment on those in Cavite and Quezon cause haven't been there.

Based on your description. that would be Brgy Malabrigo. where the Cape Malabrigo lighthouse is. Ganyan pa rin yung road papunta jan.
