Where do you suggest we eat before going up to baguio?

So the TPLEX exit is Pozorrubio (past the poblasion). So we have like Sison, Pangasinan before going up. Any popular resto in that area?

Ok food sa Soul Cafe in Rosario, right before going up Kennon, pagkalagpas lang ng Shell (same complex as 7-Eleven).

They have steaks, Filipino food, pasta, and coffee.

No Window hour po sa baguio, but if you will travel and it's your coding during your visit you can pay the Exemption pass P500 same violation fee if you violate the number coding policy in the city.

Hinuhuli narin ba yung manila plates? Dati kasi exempted sa coding yung mga out of town/region vehicles.

Yes Sir, Manila plates are not exempted. In my experienced I travel to baguio for vacation, I forgot to remember there is a coding on the day that I will go to church in session road, Police officer give me warning only I just explain and ask for sorry. That will be a lesson for me and very thankful to the officer not giving me a ticket.

Additional Info: For payment of ticket and payment of exemption pass it is located near BDO upper luneta hill branch near SM Baguio.
