I'm looking at http://motioncars.com/ and here's what I got (km/l) --

Ford Escape 2.3 XLS - 6.8
Honda CRV 4x2 - 8.82
Mitsubishi Outlander GLS - 8.05
Mitsubishi Montero Sport - 7.52
Nissan X-Trail 200x - 7.27
Toyota Fortuner 3.0D-4D V - 8.87
Toyota RAV4 2.0 AWD - 8.28

Do you agree with these figures? Fortuner ang pinakatipid sa gas sa mga nakalista sa taas?!?! As in mas matipid pa siya sa gas than the Toyota Corolla Altis 1.8G (8.34 km/l)?

Yup I agree Fortuner 3.0 can acheive 8.87km/liter (hey, its a diesel), I dont agree with the CRV 4x2 can do 8.82km/liter. Also the RAV4 AWD. I think both of this car can do only 6.5km/liter. CRV is a gas guzzler if you're an aggresive driver.

Yup... medyo guzzly daw yung CR-V. Yung uncle ko, may CR-V at Ford E150, and he still prefers the E150 for long trips. Kasi naman, you can carry twice as many people, and the fuel consumption is only around 30% worse (halos patas yata pag high speed na.)

So, 200% cargo, 130-140% gas. Mas astig pa ang itsura. :lol:
