I have a 2000 Honda Civic A/T. I took it to a auto transmission shop and was told it was a sliding clutch problem. The shop owner said I would have to get a clutch rebuilding kit. He gave me the following quotation:

    P9,000 - clutch rebuilding kit
    P8,500 - labor
    P4,500 - ATF
    5 years warranty

Are the prices reasonable or am I being overcharged?

    Thanks.

yung price ng rebuilding kit, tama naman. as long as OEM and not replacement.

    over charge, imho,

kay D and R fast Auto, 17.5k lang gawa ng akin (1996 EK) with 1 year warranty. 3days tinira, so far very much happy with the result.

kay mel casaba, ganun din at napaguusapan warranty. si mel tumira ng tol overhaul ko.

Thanks for everyone's replies. I'll continue looking for additional auto shops to compare prices. Thanks!

Hi sir any update sa actual expense na inabot sa overhaul? Our civic ES AT also are scheduled to overhaul kasi sobrang bigla nlang hina humatak and hindi nagsshift ng gear, kay mel casaba din ang quote samin

    9.5k honda oem rebuilding kit
    4.5k honda ATF
    8k labor

    Di po ba yun overpriced?
