    Teka... palitin na ba? Are you experiencing sliding clutch? Di naman siguro ganun kabilis masira ang parts ng Isuzu. Clutch linings should withstand even a couple of more burns before changing.

    buti na lang may thread na ganito (i don't have to start one). i just changed my clutch disc, pressure plate, and release bearings for my safari. ayos lang ang palit ko as the clutch is really wornout (near the rivets) some of the grooves are gone. fingers on the diaphram are sharp and with deep indents. total cost materials , pressure plate = 8,800, disc=7,500 (heavy duty type), release bearing= 850 (bigger bearing) , labor=1,800, all oem. total time=10 hrs, ferdie and me.
    ang lambot ng clutch pedal and dramatic decrease of vibration. ;)

    oo Sir Ungas sliding na sya tapos sa straight na biyahe wala man traffic for 15 km mangagamoy na sya.... kahit sa pagpasok sa mga kambyo parang suma sabit...

    nagtaka rin yung mekanik ko 2 yrs palang yung XTO huhuhu

    Sir Afrasay tinakot muna man ako sa presyo...pero SUV naman sayo hehe

    sa aken mura lang siguro kasi sabi nila 1500 disc and pressure plate 2,500 sa labas pa yon di pa ako nakakapagtanong sa ISUZU...

    paging Sir boknoy...may idea po ba kayo sa price?

    Hmmm... palitan mo na yan, naalala ko yung isang poster natin dito nagtipid sa clutch, pinatagal pa ng ilang linggo. Tirik ang sasakyan sa gitna ng daan.

    Di hamak na mas mura ang parts nyan compared to a Patrol. Kung magpapalit ka rin lang wag ka na magtipid sa internal parts. Change all 3, presure plate, clutch disc and release bearing. At wag kang papayag na pukpukin yung release bearing pag mount, di magtatagal iingay ito.

    I will remember that pokpok... monday pa kasi gagawin...pero naka rest lang sya sa bahay di ko pa ginagamit :D

    sir ungas papaano b malalaman n sliding na ung clutch ng isang sasakyan? ok lang ba gamitin ung sasakyan pagmedyo sliding na?

    jevy0712::: Madali lang po malaman yan, di mo mararamdaman agad yung engine power pag bitaw mo ng clutch. Delayed ang power output by 3-5 seconds dipende sa grabe ng tangos ng clutch lining. Mas madali ito maramdaman kung itatakbo mo ang sasakyan above 50km/h, 2nd, 3rd and 4th gear change ups. Parang automatic trasmission , tumataas ang engine rpm muna kahit nakabitaw ka na sa clutch pedal.

    Iba't-ibang uri ng sasakyan, iba-iba rin ang itatagal ng sirang clutch lining. Pero kalimitan pinaka-matagal na ang isang linggo bago ito tuluyang masira.
