I can't... or I won't...
Mahirap eh, sinusubukan ko na dati, lalo lang lumalakas ang nicotine hunger.
Btw, when is your dad coming out of the hospital?

Haw shaw ka talaga mbt!
Ewan ko ba sa dinami dami na ng taong nagsasabi ng quit smoking, kung piso lang yan bawat isa may pambili na sana ako ng Pajero. :D
Nicotine is running thru my system and I'm having hard time controlling it when the urge comes.

Thanks again guys, nagkwekwentuhan na kami kanina, ang hina ng boses nya but he'll be back in shape in no time. he'll be out of the ICU in 12hrs.
eyescube, pare I'm never gonna touch a cigarette for as long as i live If i may ask, how old are you? If youre below the mid 20's smoking is still okay. Just make sure you dont escalate the habit and make a realistic target of when to quit.
Mahirap din kasi walang bisyo pag bata pa, kesa maghahabol ka ng bisyo pag matanda na ;) There was a time when i smoked 2 packs a day, back when i was with the Darts team in College.
Buti na lang i kicked the habit. But i smoke occasionally in Parties and other social gatherings..... but not anymore
BTW> am happy to hear that your POP is doing well, fast recovery sya ang getting back on shape na. Bedside presence ng family nyo lagi will contribute more sa kanyang recovery. Once again my prayers for your Pops fast recovery.
Thanks for the advise dude!!!

Thanks dieselNUBI and all you fine folks! According to the docs, his heart will be good as new after rehab, which would take around two weeks. Im glad to hear your dad's okay!
mbt, im now considering an 04 Accord hehehe! Seriously. Pero nanghihinayang talaga ako sa pera. Im saving up for MY bypass :evillaugh
ungas, pare hindi naman sa Quit Smoking Now advocate ako, pero 3x mas prone sa heart ailments ang smokers, tanong mo kay Doc Otep.
I managed to quit smoking everytime i enter a new Job. Different environment, different people, different habits. Since naninibago ako at walang kasama or time manigarilyo, i simply dont.
That was before, now Mr Clean Living na ako... totoo na!
Otep, my dad is more fond of biodiesel than i am. siya nga bumibili nung carbouy size eh. Diesel convert din like myself.... also eyeing a certain 4M41 powered CAR
Again guys, on behalf of the Family, thanks for all the prayers and support... well whaddya know?! It worked! ;)
