Sabagay better be safe than sorry kahit sa panahon ngayon ni pdu30 madami parin mga chupuls na authorities. Hahanapan ka ng butas para lang madale ka.

I see. Sadyang madami lang talagang ayaw tanggalin or tinatamad tanggalin yung conduction number siguro.

grey markets do not have conduction sticker. so if you see a car with one, in all probability, it's not grey market.
grey markets are those cars that did not pass thru the "usual sources". they have their advantages and dis-advantages, or so i have read. let's just leave it at that.
