    If we seriously had traffic discipline that applies to everyone, it would improve our traffic situation dramatically, look at HK for example to how well their drivers are discipline their roads are much smaller than ours but yet their traffic continues to move.

    OT: Hong Kong's mass transport system is very convenient plus their cabbies are not like ours here, they say the fare first before they drive you to your destination, plus here they decline to take you to your place. They live in condominiums where parking space is very expensive, hence majority would rather commute than own a car, plus their taxes and registration fees for a car is very high, so that explains why they would commute rather than pay extra for their cars.
