    I know am asking a lot of questions but am also looking at the cars at the moment and spotted one with "E" prefix. Is that from the north as well?

    George Bernard shaw once said " Education stops when we stop asking questions."

    Anyway, not quite sure if "E" is north or south. I do know Cavite and Batangas use "D". Maybe south Luzon. You'll have to go to LTO website (via Google) to find out, kung meron info tungkol dun.

    Plates starting with letter E is from bicol REgion which is region 5

    Region 1 - A
    REgion 2 - B
    REgion 3 - C
    REgion 4 - D
    Region 5 - E
