    Any idea how to process the transfer of the mother file po ng sasakyan. For Example, ang master records (CR) ng sasakyan eh sa Pampanga, tapos papalit sa isang LTO office in QC. May idea po kayo pano ang proseso pag ganito?

    yun sa akin nagpatulong ako sa isang LTO na kamag anak namin.
    pag nakita kami tanong ko kung paano niya ginawa yun transferring
    ng mother file nya.

    guys any further inputs? should not be too hard right lalo nat computerized na ang system ng LTO supposedly?

    Ang pagkaalam ko niyan apply ka nang confirmation clearance sa LTO QC then wait ka nang two weeks para everify nila sa ( LTO Pamapanga).
