hindi ba pwede may timer pa din kahit may sensor? mas delikado yun kung hindi fixed yung changes bigla bigla na lang mag stop n go yan..

The timer is ideal talaga, para walang bulagaan.

Pero kung yung orange signal basta gumagana ng tama pwede din naman (meron red agad na pinapakita kasi sa youtube, mukhang nanggugulang na mga TE). Slow down naman dapat kapag may traffic lights eh hindi speed-up.

it seems to me, the LGUs are making the LTO their enforcement arm.
if i were the LTO, i'd complain...

i am wondering,
why are many of the stoplight countdown timers not counting down, anymore?
i vaguely remember, an article from the recent past did say, that these timers took guesswork out from the drivers' decision-guessing process on whether to continue or to slow down...
