this one is highway robbery (pun not intended):

sa Skyway from P85 to P94 ang sisingilin nila...eh dapat P93.50 lang. Nakalagay sa big streamers nila... rounded off ang new rates to 'facilitate' (daw) the payment. Grabe, babayad ka na ng extra 10% tapos sosobrahan pa nila. Isn't this illegal? San mapupunta yung sobra nila singil ? Tsaka how about the E-pass users, since cashless transaction ito, walang problema sa pagbayad ng may butal. Yan ang makapal mga mukha !!!
