    As long as you signal, change only one lane at a time, (moving over two lanes is automatically a reckless driving / swerving violation) and don't impede traffic or cause other drivers to brake hard for you, there's nothing they can charge you with.
    this is one of the most common problems i see on our roads, most filipino drivers don't know how to change lanes properly.

    Swerving can only be considered illegal if nandun ka sa lane na derecho/pakaliwa tapos lumipat ka sa kanan nung malapit na ung intersection. Pag ganyang instances kc prone sa accident para sa mga incoming vehicles. Pero may mga instances na nagsswerve ka para lang iwasan ung mga PUB/PUJ na nagsasakay ng matagal sa isang area tapos bigla kang paparahin ng TE. Pag ganyan kinakausap ko muna ng maayos tapos pag di ako pinagbigyan nagne name-drop na lang ako. I usually do some research sa organization structure ng mga TE every city tapos ginagamit ko pangalan nung mga inspector nila. However, dapat meron ka lagi back-up na kwento kung paano mo nakilala and make sure na hindi naka duty during that time para di mairadyo to confirm.
