    The Entry/Exit point of SCTEx along NLEX is between Dau & Sta. Ines exits, at the part where the 4-lane road merges into 2-lane road.

    The entire stretch of the SCTEx is longer than the NLEX, so expect the toll fee to be more expensive than that of NLEX, that is, if you'll traverse it from end to end.

    If you'll be coming from Manila going to Subic, I don't know if it will be faster to go all the way to Clark just to get into the SCTEx going to Subic, or better just to use the old road via San Fernando, Pampanga.

    or let's put it, may gamit ba ito sa motorists going north and to bypass that town ( the name escapes in my memory now he he ) in pampanga?

    Mabalacat? Yes.

    If you'll use SCTEx going north, you'll bypass the towns of Mabalacat, Bamban, Capas and Tarlac City.
