May 3rd, 2011 01:27 PM #601There are a lot of stupid drivers in NLEX who stay in the Passing Lane because they think that since they where running at 100 kph (maximum speed) they can hug that lane..

May 5th, 2011 01:11 PM #603To quote some posts here, they allow up to 120 kph (not sure if this is true though). So it is not really stupid to go beyond the limit of 100 kph, just stay within the 100 - 120 kph.
Again, stupid are those drivers that stay in the passing lane when there are not "passing" other cars..

It's not stupidity to run more than 100 kph especially if the one in front of your car is running at that speed and you want to overtake.
As far as I know at SCTEX the enforcer allows you to go as fast as 120kph (it may not be for a long period of time).
also, that 100 kph is too outdated in my opinion, with all the modern cars in our street nowadays, 100 kph is just nothing.
for me HUGGING THE FAST LANE EVEN IF YOU'RE RUNNING 100 kph IS STUPID.

they call it overtaking lane. so that motorists will not hug the innermost lane. use it only for overtaking.
speed limits was established during the marcos era. there is even a law on this. the law must be amended, IMHO.
3M Color Stable series are all above 50% TSER. RFID readable through the tint, stays good for...
