So paano ang IRR nito? basta may space kahit bitin?
Example ang parking space ay pang tricycle lang tapos nag bibilhin ay SUV o paano kaya ito? Go pa rin? Nakausli ang sasakyan?
Sana maayos ang batas na ito hindi parang ewan....

Dapat sa lahat ng car owners gawing requirement ito. Kada rener ng regs dapat may proof of parking.

Decongest Manila ang solution. Stop building condos, offices, and malls. The government is transferring all main government buildings to Clark. Remove all industrial plants / factories from Manila.

dapat dagdagan yung mga parking sa mga train stations or bus terminals..

kung sa south ka galing, dapat park ka na sa alabang then use metro transit like trains or bus for going in the city.

PITX is a good concept but poor implementation. sayang tuloy

Franchises for PUV's require parking garages (and service personnel, too) but this law is hardly enforced.

With a far bigger scale to consider (private car owners), I fear that even if this law is passed with good intentions, it will be bring about HUGE corruption at the LTO. At the current state of our transport bureaus, this law, if passed, is unenforceable.

The reason why countries like Japan can implement such a law is because synergies are built within their systems to easily check or audit registrations. In the Philippines, bureacracies are set up to circumvent these so more people earn money.
