We went to tagaytay yesterday and in the morning we were still able to use the skyway from quezon ave. On the way home, 10 pm, it was closed at buendia so we have to exit on the offramp there. What gives? Kala kompostponed yung toll nya tuloy pa din ang free. So is it because they could not agree with the toll board they closed it?

Anyway i hope they use the time it is closed to paint lane divider lines. Nakakainis ibang cars na hindi marunong mag estimate ng lane width pag walang lines nasa gitna lagi at ang laki ng sakop na space.

Closed sya talaga from 10PM to 5AM nakasulat naman sa nga signboards.

even in broad daylight,
i found it difficult to "stay in my lane".
i found myself floating into the adjacent lane many times.
i can only imagine the horror at night.

Madilim talaga sa unlit portions ng skyway stage 3. Bakit ba kasi lagi dark colored asphalt ang ginagamit? Hehe

In some countries, the use of "Glassphalt" that has pieces of waste/recycled glass as part of the mix.

It increases night time visibility as it allows light to "bounce" more per my understanding.

But, I don't think we have any equipment (if there is any specialized equiqment needed) that does the mix.

The E. Rodriguez Sr. off ramp is either another bad design like Q. Ave off ramp or wala sila ibang choice (if left most lane off ramp is not an option). May kanto pagbaba ng ramp.
