Finding a parking spot within the compounds of Saint Lukes Medical Center is a real pain in the neck. So, for the 1st time, I tried their multi-level carpark situated at the hospital's rear. It has 4 levels. And I had no luck finding a spot so I decided to proceed to the exit. To my surprise and dismay, I was charged with the regular fee of 40 pesos! I protested because I didn't parked my car and I had only been there for 5 minutes!
Their reply was "wala po kasing grace period e". Wala akong nagawa kundi ibigay ang pinaghirapan kong pera.

WTF?!!!
Ang mahal na nga ng hospital fees nila e dupang pa silang maningil sa parking. I heard some rumors that Saint Lukes is free from paying gov't taxes since it is owned by the Catholic church.
