Pwede ko ba papalitan yung temp DL sa ibang branch or dun dapat sa original branch na pinagrenewhan ko?

dahil alam nating "very efficient" ang mga sangay ng gobyerno natin especially LTO, di ako nag-expect na kunin yung card type ko 11/10, which is exactly 2 weeks (applied mine 10/27). however, naisipan ko magpunta LTO main yesterday, where i renewed my license and luckily, i got my card type.

so, mukhang totoo naman ang "two-week period" issuance nila ng card type DL. yun lang, i'm not sure if ganun pa rin sa mga magpapa-renew ngayon.
