Timang lang yung mga nanghuhuli. Mga walang alam tungkol sa batas. Heck, swerving is not even considered as a violation!

not only PH i think kahit ibang bansa din ..basta Pro license or equivalent..ang daming restriction pag learners or P lang ang hawak mo dito..

bagsak ako sa una for not looking at the pedestrian na tatawid..

and ito pinaka nakaka ilang...tinatawag nilang "shoulder check" you have to twist your head as quickly as possible everytime na mag change lane ka...kung baga sisilipin mo yung blind spot mo .....pag wala kang sholder check during the actual exam...bagsak ka..

even sa paghawak ng steering wheel...meron silang push and pull while turning..hindi pwede one hand or yung hand mo baligtad...

BTT i still prefer Pro license kahit dyan sa pinas....sarap pala mag drive ng 10 wheeler..

if i remember right, the rule states that any licensed driver may accompany and teach a student driver. the professional license is not required. that is why a parent with a non-pro DL may legally teach his/her child-at-age, how to drive.
but if the student driver is enrolled in a driving school, or the instructor derives regular income from teaching driving, then said driver must be a pro..

Professional vs. Non-professional driver's license
