Good day to all.
Two days ago I saw a 2008-2010 Nissan Frontier Navara pass by our office while I was parking my car. What caught my attention was its plate number. It had a green & white "SHJ - xx" plate (two digits lang yung number). AFAIK, "S" plates are for government vehicles di ba? but this one is a private plate.
There are no government agency markings on the vehicle's body.
is this possible?
