Sir, ganito pagkakaintindi ko dyan. Kung di ako nagkakamali, kaya ka magbabayad ng extra ay dahil don sa extra months (Nov 2011, Dec 2011, Jan 2012, Feb 2012... May 2012) na ginagamit mo yung auto na supposed to be ay di pa registered. Kumbaga advanced registration. So, technically, registration mo starts from May 2012 and since 3 years yung registration, your next registration would be May 2015.

In addition ... if you register today, LTO may give you the usual 2011-2013 sticker, in which case, on May 2014, you will still have to go to LTO to "renew" your registration, but if you have paid for up-to-May 2015, LTO will only charge you for a new 2014 sticker with an O.R.

^^^ That is correct. Iyong dalawa naming sasakyan, ganyan ang arrangement dahil Sept namin kinuha at iyong isa ay 2 ang ending, tapos iyong isa ay 3 ang ending....
