    Eduardo Reyes in the consignee, uncle ni SENATOR RALPH RECTO. Confirmed by the senator's ofice that he personally called BOC that his uncle is capable of paying the custom duties. Question is did they break the law since there is a ban in importation of second hand car? Ralph Recto and Commisioner Ruffy Biazon are kapartido of the PNoy Party.

    pede po yata di ko lang sure ang policy sa exact exemption sa used car kung nabili na sa ibang bansa or import directly ng isang pinoy, basta ang hindi pede importation for selling it here. unless trucks or agricultural machinery which is already exempted.
