Yung ramp sa village gate namin dito sa south luzon ay ngayon lang nagawa sa term ni duterte.
Ang daming terms ang lumipas, kina ramos, erap, gloria, noynoy pero sa term lang talaga ni duts nagawa.
Tapang at malasakit talaga.

i guess the question is,
who is responsible for that ramp?
is it the government, or is it the village administration?

May friends ako na nasa R&D (research and duplicate hehe) ng Department of Agri. Nagpupunta sila sa ibang countries para pag-aralan kung paano mag-implement ng agricultural projects yung ibang bansa.
May mga projects na ang DA ngayon na resulta ng studies nila.
Syempre dahil proud ako sa achievements ng friends ko, nagpo-post ako sa socmed tungkol sa mga projects na yun.
Aba, lo and behold, kay Duts pa rin ang credit...."Kita niyo ha, sa term lang ni Duterte nangyari yan."

really!
well, this is a vast difference from yesteryears'...
time was when neighboring countries would send their agriculture people to the philippines (IRRI, UPLB, nueva ecija), to learn agriculture and other similar expertises.
they even imported our local agri scientists to their countries, so's they can learn from them.
they valued our scientists so much, a number of them are considered national heroes abroad.
