    No, it's for the convenience of the DISABLED, whether s/he is the driver or the passenger.

    Just like cutedoc said:
    you could park and drop off the disabled passenger on the parking slot alloted for them and park on a regular parking afterwards, however by the time you have to pick them up and the parking slot alloted for the disabled is not free then it would posed a hard time both for the driver and the disabled person, assuming that the place you are going is crowded like malls on weekends.
    Paki-ayos naman ang title nitong thread, parang pinapatanggalan nila ng parking ang mga lalake, eh. It should be "Parking for the Disabled"

    ilang beses na ako nakikipag away dyan sa parking sa Robinsons pioneer.. yung parking nila for the disabled kaharap nung entrance.. kung sino sino lang nag pa park.. ang kakapal nang mukha.. yung guard naman.. pag hindi pa tatawagin.. eh hindi sisitahin..
