According to our dealer nasa LTo na daw po yung mga documents for ORCr last March 29, 2017 and for processiing na daw po. Kasi nag pplano kami na pumunta ng Tarlac at Pampanga This coming April 9-11, 2017 to attend graduation and familiy matters also, incase malate ang release ng ORCR,It is okay mag travel kami without apprehension at huli from MMda at LTO??

You are made to believe by the dealership that you can drive the car on phil roads for a grace period of 7 days
Thats a deception, a buyer can only bring home the car at their own risk because if we will read the law, only registered cars can legally be on the road
Should an unregistered car figure in an accident while being transported home invalidates the warranty and insurance coverage
The buyers are on their own risk utilizing a car without an or or cr from lto
Most dealership banks on buyers excitement to get their new vehicles not withstanding the great risk the buyers are subjected into

For the special plate, hanggang ngayon wala pa rin advise si LTO liaison officer. Special Plate na para sure na gusto namin ang plate ending.
