No PLATE No TRAVEL Policy?

kumusta mga kumuha ng new kotse. Nakuha ba kagad nila ang OR/CR within 7 days? is it faster now compared before?

I got my OR/CR within 5 days kaso may Php 500 na kasama para mapabilis.

Got my plates at last for our 9 month old car. Akala ko talaga taon aabutin bago ko makuha.

Also got my plates today for my 13-month old car.
Paano po ba maipalagay ang numbers sa CR? The space for the plate number was left blank when I received thd CR.

Will be getting our new vehicle later. No Vanity plates pa daw "mukhang kailangan dumeretso sa mall para magpagawa mahirap na" and then in 1 to 2 weeks daw ang OR/CR. hopefully they can keep that promise.

We were promised that within 10 days makukuha ang OR/CR. 10th day na ngayon. nakakuha ako ng update na kumukuha pa ng PNP clearance at try daw nila within this week. Although i doubt kasi pag pasok ng LTO 7 days pa ito. hayst!

exactly. akala ko nga mas mapapadali na dahil they gave us the stock report certificate indicating na may record na si LTO about the said vehicle PERO wala papala yung clearance from PNP. (I think yan ang last na kailangan nila).

Nahuli ko lang yan dahil hinihingian ko na sila ng transmittal sheet. una kasi sabi nasa LTO na daw e. so nanghingi ako ng trans sheet. waiting pa daw sa clearance so TECHNICALLY kako wala pa yan sa LTO kasi hinihintay pa ang clearance. tried to lie to me pero sorry at may alam ako sa registration process kaya umamin din sila.

the new-car buyers were complaining that the LTO was dragging its feet in having the newly bought cars, registered.
as it turns out, some of the delays were being caused by the dealers themselves, who did not start the paperwork rolling as early as would be expected.

but my question is, it was not like this, say, 10 years ago. so what happened?

so I'm wondering, yung sinasabi ni Duts sa SONA niya a few weeks ago na meron na agad na plates yung sasakyan mo once you purchased and roll out of the dealership will be happening soon?

well, at least sa isang dealership na pinuntahan ko several months ago, may office ng LTO sa mismong loob ng car dealership.

I might be crazy but posible kaya na SANA magkaroon ng LTO employee ang bawat dealer? like some dealers have bank representatives working sa loob mismo ng dealer. why can't they make LTO offices inside dealership that can immediately register a vehicle once a buyer purchases a unit diba? *sigh*
