No PLATE No TRAVEL Policy?

ewan ko ba kung bakit OK na for releasing yung mga plates na yan ay pipigilan ulit?

I heard an interview sa CNN that most 93% of the plates were released na daw. yung mga naiwan are mostly yung mga replacement plates. they will follow the TRO once the LTO has already received the TRO.

I even paid premium for a customized plate pero walang nagyari after 3 months. Ibinulsa ata ng friend ko.

Meron ako friend na wala pa OR at CR after 1 month. Sabi nya the dealer make him print new sales invoice and TPL every week with the dates changed. Nagawa nyo ito? Puwede ba at ano maging complications, if ever? For example.. kung ma flag ka ng enforcers.. paano nila malaman kung totoo o hindi totoo yun dates sa sales invoice at TPL?

matagal na pong ginagawa yan ng mga casa, po.
ok lang.
just be sure to show the flagger, the "correct" one for the week.

but i am curious.. bat wala pang ORCR? sadali lang yan, kung tunay na linalakad ang papeles...

Hindi po yan "ok lang". Illegal po iyan. Best way ay sabihan ang dealer na irereklamo sila sa LTO pag di pa nabigay ang or cr. Kaysa maki "join" sa illegal practice.
