No PLATE No TRAVEL Policy?

was flagged down by an lto official around 6 pm here in cabanatuan city.. he asked me if i already have the registration papers and i showed it to him.. he thereafter asked if i dont have the plate yet.. and i said none yet.. he then let me go..

My SA told me that my plates will be released last Friday. I personally went to LTO Araneta to claim the plates so that I can ensure that my coding would not be the same as my other car. I even brought a copy of my other car's OR/CR. When I got to LTO Araneta, they informed me that my OR/CR is still being processed, & no plates for me pa rin. Today is the 7th working day since LTO started processing my transmittal. Still no plates. This means that their announcement that they can release the plates in 7 days is bullshit.

Also, you cannot "choose" your plate ending anymore. If you bring a copy of your other vehicle's OR/CR, they will avoid it, but you can't choose.

The LTO releases the plate together with the ORCR, unless it's a special plate which will take some time. You may want to call or even go personally LTO NCR kung malapit ka lang to get your plate.

I just got my plates today. Another question pwede na bang tanggalin yung Conduction Sticker sa windshield pag may plates na?

I just googled and found that it is fine to remove the Conduction Sticker once plate is available. Follow up question lang paano ba ang best way na tanggalin ang sticker? Sabi ng karamihan Hair Dryer daw pero di ba nakaka bubbles to sa tint?

Update lang sa case ko. After ng hearing sa LTO, binigyan si dealer ng 24 hours para madeliver sakin ang plate.. Ayun after several hours, nag text na sakin na ready for delivery na daw ang plate ko. Sa mga wala pang plates. I suggest mag file kayo ng formal complaint. Kahit hindi gawa ng abogado, pero mas maganda kung may abogado kayo. Takot lang nila. Nakaganti rin sa perhuwisyo at abalang ginawa nila sakin. I suggest even after getting your plates, wag nyo withdraw ang case para maturuan ng leksyon ang mga pasaway na dealers. Sisihin ba naman ang liason officer nila na taga file nila sa LTO ng registration. Eh bakit hindi nila sibakin at palitan kung tatamad tamad.

Di naman ako nahuli.. i-ready mo muna ang mga documents mo. Kung gusto mo, madali lang kahit walang abogado. Hindi ka naman pagsasalitain sa hearing kasi nakapagsubmit ka na ng formal complaint. Yun na ang babasahin ng hearing officer. Puro dealer na tatanungin. i-handa mo muna lahat ng xerox copy ng mga original documents mo, like sales invoice, delivery receipt, etc. i-aattach kasi yun sa complaint mo. Pero kung talagang asar ka na sa dealer at talagang gusto mong makabawi sa perhuwisyo at abala nila sayo, pwede ka kumuha ng abogado like ginawa ko. Tapos bawiin mo na lang sa small claims ang binayad mo sa abogado. Sabihan mo ko kung kailangan mo talaga ng abogado, may irefer ako sayo, sya kasama ko nung hearing eh.

ikinabit: april 25. . . sabay 1k periodic check na rin kahit di nagamit masyado

nagtagal sa pagkuha ng pnp clearance. . .okay lang naman sa kin kasi pinahiram nila ako ng service until the reg plate was installed onto our new car

LTO kung ano ano din kasi pauso. Kaya nagkandaloko loko din lahat dahil sa LTO na yan. Sila talaga may problema diyan. Mga License card pati plates sa renewal ng mga registration wala pa rin
