    Just a quick one. Pardon my hastiness.

    I read the lto memorandum, and it doesn't say there that there is a 7 day registration period. If bukas kukunin yung sasakyan, and i byahe ng Saturday-Monday, with just the sales invoice, pwede naman diba? Or, do we still need to ask for the csr? Insurance is already done since march 30 pa, bukas lang ma kukuha yung kotse, bukas lang nag ka time eh.

    Pag sinita ka, isalpak mo yung mukha ng mga taga LTO sa odometer

    Though seriously, para sure, kuha ka narin csr.
