    Did anyone send an email and FB message to LTO? I sent them a message requesting for the status of my car both in email and fb last friday (april 3), still don't have a reply from them :|

    Matagal ng modus ito ng dealer. 3 yrs ago when i bought my car, ganito din ang ginawa ng dealer ko, SA gave me 6 invoice with 6 different dates. Ang style dyan, just carry the invoice that is valid only for the week.
    The problem kaya nahuli kasi binigay ni driver lahat ng invoices. Either hindi pinaliwanag ng SA how it work's or hindi alam ni driver how to make use of it, kaya nabuko.

    The dealer sent me an email containing the documents. I am not sure if I will go out with these. Hassle pag nahuli and worst yung fine hindi nga ma refund.
    Question, sorry this is my first car. Pag nahuli ka and i Contest mo within 5 days diba, kelan ka ba kailangan magbayad?

    ^ ^ so, nabisto ng LTO ang modus ni dealer sa tulong ni walang kamuwang- muwang na driver . . .

    di ba dapat meron ring "reward" na makuha si driver from LTO? aba'y konting konsiderasyon naman diyan LTO's!

    o baka naman, ang pinaka- "reward" lang na matatanggap ni driver eh sabihan siya ng LTO na:
    "huwag ka ng magpa- PMS diyan sa dealer mo at siguradong t*tarant*duhin ka niyan!!!"

    hahahaha! wala talagang kabuhay- buhay itong LTO!!! olats pa rin si pobreng driver!!! :hysterical:

    yung within 7 days ng provision ba is actual days or 7 working days?


    halimbawa release ng kotse is April 1m so ibig sabihin pede kong magamit until April 8?

    or since may holy week na holiday (Thu and Fri) pede ko pa syang gamitin hanggang April 13 (kasi April 9 holiday ulit).

    2yrs ago naman nangyari skin yan, Feb ko binili unit ko, 10 invoice binigay skin hanggang end of April. May 5 na ko nagka OR,CR at Plate.

    Calendar days.. tinawag ko na to sa LTO. Ang katwiran nila, yung registration eh hindi daw talaga aabutin ng 7 days. Tawag po kayo sa asst. Sec office kung gusto nyong iclarify. Ayoko nlang makipagtalo kaya d nko nangatwiran.

    Hindi ba mabubuko din ng LTO ung sales invoice na ibang date dahil yung TPL coverage start date ay earlier than the sales invoice? Unless hindi marunong yjng nanghuhuli then makakalusot talaga, of course ibang usapan yun. Do you mean pati TPL iibahin yung date?
