    It seems that from the memo of LTO number 4 lang ang madaling lusutan as long as you purchased the vehicle within 7 days prior to apprehension. Sa invoice and insurance madali lang naman ibahin ang date. Hehe

    they have softened their stand.
    whereas, dati ay dapat may nakakabit na plaka..
    ngayon, basta naka-rehistro na (with or cr), puede na.

    nguni at bawal pa rin gumulong sa daan yung ni hindi pa na-re-rehistro sa lto.

    nakaka-confuse naman ang LTO.. pa-palit-palit ng tindig..

    If the driver or owner could present proof that the fault is with the LTO or the motor vehicle dealer, the charges will be dropped... from The Daily Guardian.

    Hi! Does this mean if we can present a transmittal from LTO abswelto na? This will basically show enforcers na docs are in process na. That's all I've got right now, and high hopes that LTO will cancel this policy [emoji31]

    Yup, But I think they will still give you a ticket and you have to 5 days to personally appear in traffic court to contest the ticket and present evidence that the Dealer or the LTO are to blame
