No plate, can't drive?

oks tong thread na to. kung saan saan pa ko naghanap ng information tungkol dito. pumunta pa ko sa website ng makati, lto, and mmda walang information about the no plate/no travel. dito ko lang pala mahahanap hehehe. thanks for the informations guys.

just to have this correct, MAPSA lang nanghuhuli ng coding na based sa last number ng conduction sticker tama ba? for example last number ng conduction sticker ko is 0 so tomorrow pag pumunta ako ng banawe hindi ako huhulihin?

LTO is the proper authority to implement the "no plate, no travel" bcoz it is within the of scope their authority or responsibility.. kung my kotong operation man, yan na yung mga TMG na mga abusado na nanghihimasok sa authority ng iba.. ang dapat sa kanila ay IDEMANDA..

All of them use the conduction sticker as the basis for UVVRP implementation.
